Equipped, Trained, and Discipled_iSTEM
iSTEM seeks to be a faithful, God-honoring, and Spirit-driven community of young believers who are accurately equipped, trained, and discipled in the Words who are prepared in season and out of season; that correct, rebuke, and encourage - with great patience and careful instruction (2 Tim 4:2); and who boldly proclaim the Gospel message of Jesus Christ and the life-changing power of His Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).
Methods and Philosophy of Ministry
iSTEM focuses on nurturing our students into a rational knowledge of God’s word (2 Tim 2:15) and a relational love for Him and His people (Mk 12:20-21). As such, we seek to instruct and equip (rational) and to nurture and disciple (relational) in the context of a loving, Spirit-filled community. This includes the teaching of the Word and the committed fellowship, worship, and prayer of the body of Christ (Acts 2:42).
